HOW IT WORKS

Payment and gift voucher for your discovery flight.

After having validated the payment for your flight by credit card, a confirmation email will be sent to you in which you will have the link to download your gift voucher.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months
Postponement of the driver due to bad weather, unavailability of the machine or the driver, your voucher is extended by 12 months

Making an appointment

Reservations can only be made online at https://fly.resafly.fr, with your security code.
Some pilots want you to call the day before, or even the same morning, to get weather confirmation (if the weather is not favorable, we will postpone the flight to a later date of your choice).

“D” day

Mutual introduction to get to know each other and short safety briefing.

Your voucher is valid again for 12 months from cancellation.

How far will we fly?

The regulations for discovery flights impose a maximum distance as the crow flies of 40 km from the take-off point.
Please note: flying over Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland is prohibited.

What is the route taken during the flight?

It’s completely free. While of course respecting regulatory constraints (maximum distance of 40 km from the take-off point, minimum altitude depending on the flight over a particular urban area, etc.).
And of course, the other limit is the flight time you choose.

Can pregnant women fly?

No. Flight is not possible for pregnant women.

Can PMRs fly?

Am I going to pilot the machine?

Depending on the weather conditions, and at the sole discretion of the pilot, he may offer you to take the controls (the machine operates in dual controls), only during the stable flight phase (i.e. neither at takeoff nor at launch). landing, nor at too low altitude).
This will allow you to appreciate the behavior of the machine on the pitch (up and down) and roll (right and left turns) axes.

How to book a discovery flight.

4 - Click on the formula for your SOLO or DUO purchase and time purchased 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 minutes
5 - Click on the aerodrome and the desired aircraft plane, autogyro or pendulum ... depending on the availability of the aerodrome
6 - Click on 3 dates according to your availability, inform the pilot if you are in the morning, afternoon or wherever
If you are a morning person, and you are more than ’one hour from the aerodrome please indicate in note
7 - You will receive an SMS and an email from FLY-Découverte within 10/30 seconds, if this is not the case your request has not been taken into account.
8 - After validation of your security code by our services, we send your flight request to the pilot
9 - The pilot sends you a flight proposal by SMS and email within 3/7 days following the flight site
10 - From the email you received you will have to “ACCEPT or REFUSE the pilot’s proposal”
In the event of a refusal on your part, please contact the pilot directly, all contact details will be on the proposal email.
In the event that you accept the flight proposal, you will have to follow the pilot’s instructions in the comments (example: please call us the day before for weather conditions)
